As part of our commitment to quality and function, we guarantee every snowsuit and outwear item we make against material and/or manufacturing defects for a full year after your purchase (we will need a copy of your invoice that indicates the date of the sale). Deux par Deux reserves the right to refuse any repair when the damage is not directly related to a manufacturing defect. Products damaged as a result of wear, misuse or neglect are not covered by the warranty. Please send photos of your product along with a description of the problem by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your photos will help us identify the problem and possible solutions.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact the retailer you bought it from. If you bought it on our website, contact us and we'll send you a free return label for a repair, replacement, or refund.
This warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear.
