All items ship from our Montréal warehouse and our standard carrier is DHL. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Most orders take 1 to 2 business days to be processed, packed, and shipped.

Duties & Taxes

We do not charge any sales taxes in United Kingdom. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

Deux par Deux is loved around the world, so we offer different currency payments for clients in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Before you start shopping, make sure you've selected the appropriate currency. The delivery address of your order must match the currency in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country's website than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. You can select the correct currency from the top right hand corner of any page.

Can I choose a date and a time for the delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose a specific delivery date and time. However, rest assured that your delivery will be made within the established timeframe.

 

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet and the estimated period has passed?

If your order hasn't been delivered yet and the estimated period has passed, we suggest that you:

  • Check your order status in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering your order number in the Track your Order page.
  • Ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
  • In the case of a missed delivery, please contact us.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time. Enter your order number from your order confirmation in the Track your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to your order under My Account.

 

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

At this time, we are unable to include a gift receipt with your order. All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to exchange or return. However, please note that each item is shipped with an individual price tag attached, despite the packing slip not showing the prices.
