Free Returns Within 30 Days

We understand that kids can sometimes be picky when it comes to fashion. Sometimes a color doesn't please them, sometimes a style doesn't suit them... We get it. To ensure your kids love their style and feel great, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Be returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • Swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene protection strip intact.

Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return:

  • Any item discounted 50% or more is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear is considered final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned.

Orders placed and delivered between November 15th and December 30th can be returned until January 30th.
For orders delivered after December 30th, the usual 30-day return policy applies.

There are no additional fees associated with a return. However, if your order falls below the free shipping threshold due to a return, the standard $8.95 shipping fee, typically applicable to orders not eligible for free shipping, will be applied and deducted from your refund. Please also note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Deux par Deux reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returned items that do not adhere to our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

If you are not completely satisfied with the appearance, fit, or quality of an item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your package. You have the option to request a full refund to your original payment method or opt for a store credit, along with a 10% bonus, to be used for a future purchase.

Please note that if your order falls below the free shipping threshold due to a return, the standard $8.95 shipping fee, typically applicable to orders not eligible for free shipping, will be applied and deducted from your refund. Here's how to initiate a return:

  • 1. Access our return portal: https://deuxpardeux.loopreturns.com/#/.
  • 2. Enter your order number and the email or phone number used to place your order.
  • 3. Select the item to be returned and specify the reason. Then click on Return Item at the bottom.
  • 4. You will then have the option to shop for a new item or get a refund.
  • 5. Select the desired refund type: either store credit with a 10% bonus for a future purchase or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 6. Review your return and click Submit Return. *Do not forget to check the return conditions box.
  • 7. A PDF return label and a QR code will be generated for you to download or scan.
  • 8. Print the return label and properly affix it to your box containing the item(s) to be returned.
  • 9. Drop off the box at the service counter of USPS (USA) and send it back free of charge.

Once your return is received and processed in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that if you have chosen a full refund to your original payment method, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement once the return is processed.

Refunds

For a full refund to your original payment method, please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your return for the refund to be issued. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your bank account.

If you have chosen the store credit option with a 10% bonus, you will receive an email within 2 business days following the receipt of your return. This email will contain a gift card code to use for a future purchase. Don't worry, this code does not expire, and you can use it whenever you like.

Once your refund has been processed, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the order. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size or are unsatisfied with the purchased item, you have the option to exchange it within a 30-day period. You can exchange your item for the same item in a different size or for a different item altogether. If the price of the new item is lower than that of your original item, we will refund you the difference via your original payment method or issue you a store credit. If the price is higher, we will ask you to settle the difference.

Here's how to proceed based on the type of exchange:

Exchange for the same item in a different size

  1. Go to Request Return.
  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and specify the reason. Then click on Exchange for Another Size.
  3. Choose the new size you would like to receive. Please note that it may not be possible to select a size that is out of stock. In this case, you can initiate a return or exchange process for a different item. If the desired size is available, click on Exchange Item.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all items you wish to exchange, then click on Continue with Return.
  5. You will then be redirected to the exchange review page to select the desired exchange option and submit the return.

Exchange for a different item

  1. Go to Request Return.
  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and specify the reason. Then click on Return Item.
  3. Repeat step 2 for all items you wish to exchange, then click on Continue with Return.
  4. Choose the option Shop with CA$_____. You will then be redirected to the Deux par Deux website to select the new item you wish to receive.
  5. Select the new item you wish to receive and click on Add to Cart. The item will be added to your cart, which you can access by clicking on Review. Please note that you can add multiple items to your cart during the exchange process. Then, you will be redirected to the exchange review page to select the desired exchange option and submit the return.


Additionally, we also offer two ways to exchange. You will need to select the option you prefer before submitting your return.

Instant Exchange (send exchange before return)

Use your credit card to receive your new item immediately. You will only be charged if your return is not received within 14 days. By providing your card information and submitting your return, we will immediately send you the desired new item, and you will then have 14 days to return the old item to our warehouse. If this deadline is exceeded and the old item is still not received, we will charge your credit card for the new item that was sent. This way, you are assured to get the item you want at the time of exchange. Rest assured, we do not retain your credit card information beyond these 14 days.

Traditional Exchange (send exchange after return)

Return the item to be exchanged to our warehouse, and upon its receipt, we will ship the desired new item. Thus, the exchange process will only begin once we have received the item to be exchanged. However, please note that the desired new item is not reserved for you, and we cannot guarantee its availability at the time of receiving your old item. In the event that it is out of stock, we will refund you via your original payment method.

Price Adjustment Policy

If a purchased item goes on sale after you submit your order, Deux par Deux offers a one-time price adjustment under the following conditions:

  • Price adjustment requests must be made within 30 days of your order being placed.
  • The same style and size must be in stock when your price adjustment request is processed.
  • The price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. Please contact us, and we will be happy to review your request.

Price Match Policy

Regardless of how big or small you order is, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find an item advertised at a lower price on another online retailer, we will price match your purchase under the following conditions:

  • The online retailer must be an authorized Deux par Deux retailer.
  • The same style, size, color, material, and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer's website at the time of your price match request.
  • The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes, and any related duty fees, must be lower than the Deux par Deux final checkout price.
  • The lower price must be advertised in the same currency as the price on the Deux par Deux website. The display currency is not applicable for price matches.

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us, and we will be happy to review your request.

Please note that all items purchased at Clément or any other retailer must be returned or exchanged directly with them. Deux par Deux is unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchases made with another retailer.

On the other hand, with an instant exchange, since you provide us with your credit card information as a precaution, we ship your new item as soon as you initiate the exchange process. Therefore, you are guaranteed to get the desired item faster. You then have 14 days to return the original item to us, otherwise, we will charge your card for the new item sent.

Can I exchange an item multiple times if it doesn't suit me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow multiple exchanges of items. Therefore, we ask you to choose wisely during an exchange.

What happens if I want to exchange an item that is out of stock for the size or color I want?

You can select the desired size and click the NOTIFY ME IF BACK IN STOCK button. If the item or size you are waiting for comes back in stock, we will notify you immediately by email. Is there a warranty period for exchanged items?

Yes, even if it's an exchanged item, Deux par Deux clothing and accessories are covered by a quality guarantee for 30 days after receiving your package. If you encounter any issues regarding the quality or finishing of our products, please return them.

What are the steps to follow for an instant exchange and what are the implications for my credit card?

For an instant exchange, go to Request Return . On this page, you will need to select the Instant Exchange option, which will prompt you to enter your credit card information as a precaution. You can then submit your return, which will generate a return label in PDF format that you can download, print, and attach to your return box to be dropped off at the service counter of USPS. We will immediately send you the desired new item, and you will then have 14 days to return the old item to our warehouse. Une fois que votre retour sera reçu et traité dans notre entrepôt, vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation. Veuillez noter que si vous avez choisi un remboursement complet sur votre méthode de paiement d’origine, cela peut prendre de 3 à 5 jours ouvrables pour que le remboursement apparaisse sur votre relevé de carte de crédit, une fois le retour traité.

We understand that kids can sometimes be picky when it comes to fashion. Sometimes a color doesn't please them, sometimes a style doesn't suit them... We get it. To ensure your kids love their style and feel great, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Be returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • Swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene protection strip intact.

Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return:

  • Any item discounted 50% or more is considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Orders placed and delivered between November 15th and December 30th can be returned until January 30th.

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your return for the full refund to be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your bank account.

Once your refund has been processed, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the order. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size or are unsatisfied with the purchased item, you have the option to exchange it within a 30-day period. You can exchange your item for the same item in a different size or for a different item altogether. If the price of the new item is lower than that of your original item, we will refund you the difference via your original payment method or issue you a store credit. If the price is higher, we will ask you to settle the difference.

Here's how to proceed based on the type of exchange:

Exchange for the same item in a different size

  1. Go to Request Return.
  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and specify the reason. Then click on Exchange for Another Size.
  3. Choose the new size you would like to receive. Please note that it may not be possible to select a size that is out of stock. In this case, you can initiate a return or exchange process for a different item. If the desired size is available, click on Exchange Item.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all items you wish to exchange, then click on Continue with Return.
  5. You will then be redirected to the exchange review page to select the desired exchange option and submit the return.

Exchange for a different item

  1. Go to Request Return.
  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and specify the reason. Then click on Return Item.
  3. Repeat step 2 for all items you wish to exchange, then click on Continue with Return.
  4. Choose the option Shop with CA$_____. You will then be redirected to the Deux par Deux website to select the new item you wish to receive.
  5. Select the new item you wish to receive and click on Add to Cart. The item will be added to your cart, which you can access by clicking on Review. Please note that you can add multiple items to your cart during the exchange process. Then, you will be redirected to the exchange review page to select the desired exchange option and submit the return.


Additionally, we also offer two ways to exchange. You will need to select the option you prefer before submitting your return.

Instant Exchange (send exchange before return)

Use your credit card to receive your new item immediately. You will only be charged if your return is not received within 14 days. By providing your card information and submitting your return, we will immediately send you the desired new item, and you will then have 14 days to return the old item to our warehouse. If this deadline is exceeded and the old item is still not received, we will charge your credit card for the new item that was sent. This way, you are assured to get the item you want at the time of exchange. Rest assured, we do not retain your credit card information beyond these 14 days.

Traditional Exchange (send exchange after return)

Return the item to be exchanged to our warehouse, and upon its receipt, we will ship the desired new item. Thus, the exchange process will only begin once we have received the item to be exchanged. However, please note that the desired new item is not reserved for you, and we cannot guarantee its availability at the time of receiving your old item. In the event that it is out of stock, we will refund you via your original payment method.


There are no additional fees associated with an item exchange. Return deadlines are extended during the holiday season. Orders placed between November 15th and December 30th can be returned until January 30th.

The return policy remains the same for items purchased with a gift voucher or store credit. However, if you return items and you no longer meet the conditions to benefit from the gift vouchers, you may lose the discounts obtained and therefore incur additional fees.

How do I return an order with a free item?

If you return your order, the free item must also be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Failure to do so will result in the value of the free item being deducted from your refund.

Can I return a gift that I received?

Yes, you can return an item received as a gift as long as it meets the eligibility conditions for a return. However, for security reasons, we can only authorize a refund to the original account that placed the order. If you request a refund, the amount will be transferred to the bank account used for the payment.

All final sale items are identified with a pink box displaying FINAL SALE above the add to cart option. Additionally, when a final sale item appears in your cart, it will be labeled FINAL SALE in red. Therefore, it is difficult to miss that it is an item that is not refundable.

Can I exchange an item instead of requesting a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international purchases at this time.

If you have ordered the wrong size or are unsatisfied with the purchased item and wish to choose a new one, you have the option to return it at your own expense and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your return for the full refund to be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your bank account.
