Can I choose a date and a time for the delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose a specific delivery date and time. However, rest assured that your delivery will be made within the established timeframe.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet and the estimated period has passed?
If your order hasn’t been delivered yet and the estimated period has passed, we suggest that you:
- Check your order status in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering your order number in the Track your Order page.
- Ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
