Flexible, versatile, and just as protective as a one-piece, the two-piece snowsuit is the ideal format for active kids who need gear that adapts to their day. Ski the slopes in the morning, play at the park after school, and wear the jacket alone on milder days. Our collection for kids and toddlers ages 2 to 16 is designed in Montreal for real Canadian winters.

Every two-piece snowsuit in the collection gives you the full technical specs of our snowsuit line with the added flexibility of separable jacket and pants, built to last multiple seasons.

Jacket and Pants for Kids: The Technical Specs

Each piece in a two-piece snowsuit set is engineered to the same standard as our one-piece line:

  • PrimaLoft® insulation to -30°C — recycled-fiber insulation rated for full-day ski use and extended outdoor play in the coldest conditions.
  • Waterproof up to 15,000 mm — wet snow, slush, and rain stay out through the full day.
  • BIONIC-FINISH® ECO — PFAS, PFOA, and PFOS-free DWR treatment that repels water and dirt through the full season.
  • Cordura ® up to 600D reinforcements — at knees and seat, rated to 30,000 abrasion cycles.
  • YKK® zippers — built for daily use through multiple winters.
  • "Grows with your child" system — two-season coverage, extendable cuffs and hems.

Two-Piece Snowsuit Lines

  • TEKNIK two-piece — top performance for skiing and snowboarding: 15,000 mm, Cordura® reinforced, helmet-compatible.
  • PLAY two-piece — active daily use and occasional ski days, -30°C protection.
  • DISCOVER two-piece — versatile for family outings and all-around winter activities.
  • CHILL two-piece — lightweight for milder winter days.

Frequently Asked Questions — Two-Piece Snowsuits

Is a kids’ snow jacket and pant set as warm as a one-piece?

Yes. A well-chosen jacket and pants set in Canada from the same line and with matching specs delivers equivalent warmth to a one-piece. Our TEKNIK two-piece, for example, uses the same PrimaLoft® -30°C insulation in both the jacket and pants. The only difference is the waist gap: in extreme cold (below -25°C), a one-piece snowsuit eliminates this gap entirely. For most conditions, the two-piece is equally protective and significantly more versatile.

What is the best kids’ two piece snowsuit for long days outside?

The two piece snowsuit in the TEKNIK line is built for terrain park demands: 15,000 mm waterproofing, Cordura® reinforcement at knees and seat (30,000 abrasion cycle rating), and a jacket cut that allows full upper body mobility for tricks and jumps. The pants include ski boot-compatible lower hems and a wide bib-compatible waist. It's our most complete option for park and advanced skiing.

Are girls' and boys' two-piece snowsuits available in matching styles?

Yes. The TEKNIK, PLAY, and DISCOVER lines all offer girls' and boys' two-piece snowsuits in coordinated colorways each season. Check both the girls' two-piece page and boys' two-piece page within the same line to find matching looks for siblings.
