30 Days Free Return

We know that kids can be fussy when it comes to clothes. Sometimes it doesn't fit…sometimes they don't like the color…we understand. To keep your kids looking and feeling their best, we accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your package.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the date you received your package
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging
  • Swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Please note that if your order goes below free shipping threshold after a return you will have to pay for the shipping fees. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return. Any item that is marked down 50% off or more is considered a final sale, and as such, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Deux par Deux reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

If you’re not completely satisfied with the look, fit, or feel of any item, you can return the item for a full refund on your original method of payment up to 30 days from the date you received your package. Here’s how to make a return:

  • 1. Login to your Deux par Deux account (www.deuxpardeux.com)
  • 2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen, and select My Orders & Returns from the drop-down menu.
  • 3. Click on Return Items next to the order you want to return and then make your selection.
  • 4. A return label will be generated in PDF format for you to download.
  • 5. Print the return label and affix it securely to your box.
  • 6. Drop off the box at a Canada Post service counter and wave it goodbye, free of charge.

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it takes about 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Guest Orders

To return a guest order, go on any www.deuxpardeux.com page at the footer and click on Return Item under Client Care. We strongly suggest that you create an account with the email address you used to place the order - that way, your order will sync with your new account. Simply follow the instructions above to request a return label.

Refunds

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

How Long Will It Take For My Return to Process?

We work diligently to process your returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 days once the return package has been delivered to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 days for the return credit to be posted to your bank statement.

What If There’s a Quality Issue With My Items?

Deux par Deux apparel and accessories are quality-guaranteed for 30 days after receiving your package. If you have any concerns about the quality or the workmanship of our products, send them back. We'll even pay for the return shipping, no questions asked.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

Not thrilled with what grandma sent for his or her birthday? Don't worry - we get it. Sometimes certain gifts just have to be returned.

For security reasons, we can only authorize a refund to the original account that placed the order. If you request a refund, the amount will be transfered to the account under which the payment was made - meaning that grandma will know you returned it. If there's no way to avoid a return, you can request store credit instead (and grandma will never know). You can then use that store credit towards a future pruchase.
