Fully insulated to keep little ones cozy in temperatures as low as -30° C (or -22° F), this outer layer features a soft plush lining, a durable front zipper, an adjustable hood, and an adjustable length to fit growing babies. It includes openings and flaps to thread car seat and stroller harnesses and safety belt buckles.
