Products damaged as a result of wear, misuse, or neglect are not covered by the warranty. Deux par Deux reserves the right to refuse any repair when the damage is not directly related to a manufacturing defect.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the durability of the Cordura fabric at the bottom of the pants if you purchase a snowsuit and the pants are too long, causing them to drag on the ground. Rapid abrasion may occur due to repeated contact with the ground. In this case, we cannot be held responsible.

Please note that we do not compensate for normal wear and tear of the product or for defects resulting from improper handling or neglect of care, such as:

1) Damage caused by excessive soaking, improper washing, or drying.

2) Natural wear and tear of the product during use.
