Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.

For your convenience, we accept major credit cards and E-wallets as payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, PayPal, Apple Pay, gift cards, and store credits. We also accept prepaid credit cards as long as the card has a billing address attached to it. Additionally, we are happy to accept Visa Debit cards.
We cannot split payments between credit cards, and all orders undergo a review. We offer a fast checkout option, enabling you to securely save your credit card details, eliminating the need to re-enter them for future purchases.
To ensure your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and address match the information on file with the credit card issuing bank.
You can also contact us to place your order over the phone with one of our client care agents, though phone payments are limited to credit cards only.
Payment Error Troubleshooting
If you received an error message during checkout stating that the transaction cannot be processed, it could be due to any of the following reasons:
- You mistyped your card's number
- You mistyped your card's expiration date or its security code (CVV)
- The name and address do not match the address your credit card has on file for you
- Your bank has refused the payment for security reasons
- There are not enough funds in your account to cover the payment
In some cases, you may need to contact your credit card issuer or bank for more detailed information regarding why your payment was refused. If your card issuer or bank cannot provide a sufficient answer, feel free to contact us.
Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later—with no interest! When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, Deux par Deux will process your order as if you have just paid the entire price, but you will have only paid a fraction of the cost.
Sezzle completes what is known as a soft check, which means they take a look at your credit score as part of their risk check, but this does not impact your credit score. Sezzle uses this information to help verify your identity and approve your request.
Sezzle breaks down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase. The remaining amount is spread out over equal installments (typically three installments), each installment two weeks apart.
No interest or processing fees are charged to you, as long as you pay everything off on time, you only pay for what you purchased! Returns and exchanges follow the same process as any other purchase at Deux par Deux, regardless of the payment method. If you return some or all of your order, installments will be adjusted by Sezzle and you will be refunded what you have already paid.

Once your order has been placed, the necessary funds are held in the form of a pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge - it is only to ensure that sufficient funds will be available to complete the transaction. Your card won't actually be charged until your order has shipped.
In the event that your order is cancelled, Deux par Deux will release the pre-authorization immediately. Please note that it may take your bank additional time to process the request and release the funds back to your account.

If an item is unavailable at the time of shipping, your invoice may be lower than expected. You will only be charged for the items that were actually shipped.
Deux par Deux guarantees that your credit card will only be charged once for the amount of an order. You may notice the amount appearing twice on your statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request made when you place the order, while the second confirms the actual charge.
